Shipping Policy

Jewelbilesque's processing window for orders is 3-5 business days. Business days does not include weekends or holidays, our business day ends at 3pm. Please note the processing window is not included in the shipping time.

Return/Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. If your product is damaged please contact jewelbilesque@gmail.com, include your order number, description of damage, and photo(s) to verify. Upon the store's discretion if your item(s) are determined to be damaged you will receive 1 replacement or refund upon the buyer's discretion. If your item(s) is/are not deemed damaged no refund or replacement will be provided.

*Damage does not include melted items, air spaces in glosses, or damaged packaging.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and therefore we don't provide refunds. Please verify your address before placing your order. Once the shipping carrier is in posession of your order you must contact them for any updates, as we can only see the same information that you see.
